Lean transformation leaders from Cleveland Clinic will share their experience at the 2017 Lean Healthcare Transformation Summit. Here is a brief summary of the session:

Through the use of the Kata questions and the creation of a repeatable problem solving system, Cleveland Clinic is shifting leader behaviors by providing a simple, visible, and tangible process used consistently across all healthcare processes. In this session, "Stop Having Leaders Solve All The Problems," Summit attendees will learn how to implement this approach and see templates and standard work created by Cleveland Clinic used to engage the front line in solving problems.
