Communication Experimentation

On March 30, 2008, the ThedaCare Center for Healthcare Value started writing blog posts highlighting successful transformations of healthcare systems.  Over the course of the past eight years, the depth and scope of the Center Point Blog has widened to include the entire spectrum of payment, delivery and transparency.  And as the landscape for improving healthcare has changed, we have changed with it, to supply the needed information to help guide our readers with objective and trusted viewpoints.

As we approach the eight year mark, we have decided to experiment with our current approach to the Center Point Blog.  The Center Team will continue to write as we have in the past, but we will share these new blog posts and articles with a targeted number of online publishers. All the current posts will remain where they are now.  While we were growing our current Center Point Blog audience, we felt the best method would be to reach out to a larger, targeted audience to provide the same meaningful and trusted communications that the ThedaCare Center for Healthcare Value has become known for.

One of the great things about being a part of the Center is the willingness and freedom to experiment and try new things.  So we plan to continue with this communication experiment for the next year, then study and adjust.  If you have a suggestion on where you think we should write, please send me an email at sbollinger@createvalue.org.
