The healthcare climate continues to shift and we strive to allow for a flexible business model to meet demand and also be on the forefront of thought leadership. With this in mind, we've decided to make a few changes to our executive leadership team.

John Toussaint, MD will be the Executive Chairman of our Board of Directors
Kim Barnas will become CEO
Helen Zak will be President, responsible for leading our work in Europe

Our vision and mission remain unchanged. Strategically, we will continue as a thought leader and innovator, educating healthcare executives about operational excellence (lean) methods designed to create value in healthcare.

CHVN Member Highlight:

Leaders at Catalysis Healthcare Value Network (CHVN) member, Nemours Children's Hospital, believe that clinicians should never have to worry about supplies because their focus should be on providing patient care.

With this in mind, the materials management team at Nemours focused improvement work on the entire supply chain process, looking at it as a lean fulfillment stream. The team's hard work resulted in a 30% increase in productivity and reduced inventory by 25-30%. In addition, the team achieves close to the 99% fill rate target daily.
