CLINICAL BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE NETWORK ANNOUNCES NEW MEMBERAppleton, Wis. (Dec. 4, 2014) – The Clinical Business Intelligence Network (CBIN) is pleased to announce its newest member, Lee Memorial Health System, located in Southwest Florida.
CBIN is a peer-to-peer learning community that unites healthcare leaders interested in performance improvement, clinical analytics, business intelligence and IT. Members of CBIN learn, share and connect with each other at organized events throughout the year. The collaboration facilitated by CBIN helps members realize greater value from their data and supports their performance improvement initiatives.
“Clinical business intelligence allows healthcare systems to analyze their current performance more accurately and quickly recognize where improvement opportunities exist,” said Julie Bartels, executive vice president of National Health Information for the ThedaCare Center for Healthcare Value, which facilitates CBIN. “We want to help our members fast track their clinical business intelligence work in order to transform the healthcare industry.”
CBIN members benefit from collective knowledge and are able to build on each other’s experience and know-how to deliver value on a bigger scale and at a faster pace. The network consists of almost twenty healthcare systems from across the United States, and it is continuing to grow each year.
