Thank you for this post. It so eloquently addresses issues that our multi-facility organization struggles with: A best practice template takes time to create – the adage that it’s better to “go slow in order to go fast” is very true. Teams can become very anxious when they are not part of the model cell work – and this articles provides a nice framework for avoiding a “sell and tell” approach!
