Catalysis Academy

Catalysis Academy is on-demand allowing the learner to work at their own pace and go back and re-watch segments to deepen their learning. 

Courses are broken down into chapters and lessons to allow learners to complete within their own schedules.

Each chapter contains a mix of video lessons and downloadable templates and worksheets.

Assignments are included to give learners a chance to practice the concepts in their real-world setting.

Healthcare examples embedded into each lesson allow these concepts to be applied easily to the learner’s daily work.

Our faculty members have worked in the healthcare industry practicing and coaching these concepts.

Within each course learners will find downloadable templates and worksheets that allow for easy application and practice in their work.

The principles of continuous improvement and organizational excellence are the foundation of an organization’s culture and are necessary for sustainable improvement,  consequently we weave them into everything we teach. 

Many courses within the Catalysis Academy offer options to get one on one coaching from the faculty as the learner progresses through the course to reinforce and solidify learning.
