Jill has over ten years of experience coaching lean principles, A3 thinking, and lean management system development. Jill has spent eight years at ThedaCare as a Lean Facilitator, Hospitalist Manager, and Medical Staff Manager where she was an early adaptor, mentor, and coach of ThedaCare’s lean management system.  She has successfully taught and coached lean concepts to both employed and independent physicians resulting in patient satisfaction, productivity, quality, and engagement improvements.  Jill also supported hospital leadership in daily improvement, rapid improvement events, and value stream work.  In addition, since 2012 she has been coaching a local Wisconsin school district as they implement lean thinking in the classroom. Jill earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, MO and in Chemical Physics from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN.  Prior to joining ThedaCare, Jill had twelve years of experience in manufacturing and quality roles in the paper industry.
